With developer binary license You get runtime library needed to develop and run applications.

Terms of use:

1. You can distribute the library bundled with Your application for purpose of running Your application.
2. You are not allowed to distribute the library for any other reason.
3. If You expose library API either directly or indirectly for development purposes, You need to negotiate special kind of license.

With developer source license You get runtime library and additionally complete source code needed to build the library.

Terms of use:

You can freely modify or extend the source code according to Your needs providing that the following conditions are met:

1. You can distribute the library bundled with Your application in modified or unmodified form in binary format only and for purpose of running Your application.
2. You are not allowed to distribute the library for any other reason.
3. The library source code as a whole or its any part with or without Your modifications cannot be passed to a 3rd party.
4. Your add-ons to the library are Your own intelectual property and You are free to licencse it in any way.
5. If You build customized version of the library, the library file name must be different than name of original version.
6. If You expose library API either directly or indirectly for development purposes, You need to negotiate special kind of license.
